This Privacy Policy describes how OLIO APPS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with Schaiduler (the "Service"). It applies to two groups of people: (1) Subscribers — businesses that create accounts and use the platform; and (2) End Users — the customers of those businesses who may receive communications (SMS, voice calls, or emails) sent through our platform.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Collected from Subscribers

When you register for and use the Service as a business Subscriber, we collect:

• Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address
• Payment information: credit card or payment details (processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
• Usage data: features used, messages sent, communication logs, login timestamps, and platform activity
• Communications: any messages or content you draft or send through the platform
• Support interactions: records of any correspondence with our support team

1.2 Information Collected from End Users (Your Customers)

When Subscribers upload customer contact lists or send communications through the platform, we may process End User data on behalf of the Subscriber, including:

• Name and contact information (phone number, email address)
• Appointment history or scheduling data entered by the Subscriber
• Communication preferences and opt-out status

We act as a data processor for this End User information. The Subscriber is the data controller and is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to share and process this data.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you access our platform, we automatically collect:

• Device and browser information (type, operating system, browser version)
• IP address and approximate location
• Pages visited, links clicked, and time spent on the platform
• Referring URLs and session identifiers

We collect this information using cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).

2. How We Use Information

2.1 To Provide and Improve the Service

• Create and manage Subscriber accounts
• Process and deliver communications (SMS, voice, email) on behalf of Subscribers
• Handle billing and payment processing
• Provide customer support
• Analyze usage patterns to improve platform features and performance
• Monitor for technical issues, fraud, and abuse

2.2 To Communicate with Subscribers

• Send service announcements, billing notices, and updates
• Notify you of changes to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy
• Respond to support requests
• Send product updates or promotional communications (you may opt out at any time)

2.3 Legal and Compliance Purposes

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Respond to lawful requests from government authorities or law enforcement
• Enforce our Terms of Service and protect our legal rights
• Investigate suspected violations of our policies

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information or the personal information of End Users. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service, including:

• SMS and voice communication carriers and aggregators
• Email delivery providers
• Payment processors
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
• Analytics and monitoring tools

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and to maintain appropriate security.

We do not sell, rent, or share End User mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share mobile numbers only with service providers and communication partners as necessary to deliver messages on behalf of Subscribers and operate the Service.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our Subscribers, End Users, or the public.

3.3 Business Transfers

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users via email or a prominent notice on our website prior to any such transfer.

3.4 With Your Consent

We may share information in other circumstances with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain Subscriber account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typically:

• Account and billing records: retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Communication logs (sent messages, call records): retained for 2 years, or longer if required by law
• End User contact data uploaded by Subscribers: retained until the Subscriber deletes it or closes their account, after which it is purged within 90 days
• Support correspondence: retained for 3 years

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 6).

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
• Regular security assessments and monitoring
• Secure third-party payment processing (we do not store full payment card data)

No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Subscriber Rights

As a Subscriber, you have the right to:

• Access and update your account information at any time through the platform
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of promotional emails by clicking 'unsubscribe' in any such email

6.2 End User Rights

If you are an End User (a customer of one of our Subscribers) and wish to access, correct, or delete your personal information, please contact the business that sent you communications directly. As a data processor, we will assist Subscribers in responding to End User requests as required by law.

If you are unable to reach the Subscriber, you may contact us at support@schaiduler.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

6.3 Opt-Out of Communications

End Users who receive SMS messages sent through our platform may reply STOP to opt out. Message frequency varies based on the Subscriber’s services and appointment schedule. Message and data rates may apply. For emails, use the unsubscribe link included in every message. For voice calls, inform the caller directly. Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days and are binding on the Subscriber.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) to operate and improve the platform. Types of cookies we use:

• Essential cookies: required for the platform to function (login sessions, security)
• Analytics cookies: help us understand how the platform is used (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Preference cookies: remember your settings and preferences

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

8. Children's Privacy

Schaiduler is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have such information, contact us at support@schaiduler.com.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, share, or sell
• Delete personal information we hold about you (subject to certain exceptions)
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

10. International Users

Schaiduler is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

If you are subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR, please contact us to discuss your specific rights and our obligations as a data processor or controller in your context.

11. Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify Subscribers by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
